
Product Support Representative, Construction
(Based In Jakarta)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales opportunity for aftermarket products
- Provide a broad range of sales, costumer service and technical support to costumers with the aim that Sandvik products are the preferred equipment of choice
- Partner closely with costumers to provide solutions with respect to aftermarket parts, service, tools and consumables and ensure warranty claims are settled promptly
- Proactively inspect costumer’s equipments and report any deficiencies with parts and service
- Coordinate product trials and testing and actively rectify all technical issues of the products
- Act as feedback channel between Sandvik and costumers to enable continuous improvement approach to costumers
- Update costumers with the latest product technology enhancements and developments to obtain better performance and assist with site dissemination of bulletins and alerts of the products
Requirements:
- Technical school graduate with 3 years of experience in quarrying business and 5 years as a mechanic in heavy equipment products
- Good understanding of site Health and Safety Regulations and preferably with knowledge in construction or mining industry
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with high level of initiative
- Good command of written and spoken English and computer literate
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Possess driving license and required to travel to mine sites
