Finance Assistant

Key Accountability Areas:
  • Prepare and conduct daily administration and documentation such as: Invoice, Cash Transaction, Bank Transaction, Payment Voucher, Petty Cash and Advance etc. to ensure financial administration processes line with the Company’s business need.
  • Prepare and maintain financial documentation in Sun System to ensure the availability of financial and administration process line with Company’s objectives.
  • Prepare, control and clarify Advance Request, Expenses Report and Incoming Invoice in order to support administration processes with their work purposes and permits.
  • Prepare and control Tax Article 23, Budget Alignment, Fund Replenishment, Expenses Forecast Report and Cash Flow periodically to ensure the availability of financial and administration process line with Company’s objectives.
  • Prepare and manage public awareness programs and events to ensure all programs run well within comply with Company’s objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain Management report to ensure it’s implemented periodically.
Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma Degree (D3) with background in Accounting and Finance with minimum GPA 2,75.
  • At least 2 years working experience
  • Understand of Indonesia Tax Regulations
  • Familiar and understand the invoice verifications process & one of financial system information (Sun System & Sun System Vision XL would be an advantage)
  • Good in English Communication skill (both verbal and writing)
  • Good computer literate
  • Able to work in tight schedule as well as maintain good spirit as a team member.
  • Willing to be stationed at remote area (Sumatera).
